High speed wireless internet is included with the unit for your convenience. This unit has been thoughtfully designed to meet all your needs. We hope you enjoy this apartment as much as we do! While the apartment is perfect for 1-2 people, we can also provide you with an air mattress at your convenience, free of charge, to host a third!



Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!
