It is located on the island of Bra?, in the village of Postira and offers exceptional comfort with beautiful interior and exterior furnishings. The property is close to the sea and town center, so stores, restaurants, markets, pharmacy, klink and children's playground are within reach. On the first floor, which is almost 100 m², there is a kitchen with dining area connected to the large living room. From there you can access the spacious terrace, equipped with pleasant garden furniture, overlooking the pool and nicely landscaped garden. On the second floor are the bedrooms, with bedroom No. 1 and No. 4 having their own bathroom. In the garden with Mediterranean plants and lots of greenery, there is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy the fresh air in convivial company. In the basement of the house, accessible by outdoor stairs, you will find an authentic Dalmatian konoba with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. We recommend a visit to the famous sandy beach bay Lovre?ina, which is about 2 km away, as well as a visit to the most famous beach of Dalmatia, Zlatni Rat in Bol.
