About this property

Holiday house at the bee fence

The apartment is a new semi-detached house with three bedrooms, a bathroom with a comfortable bath and shower, and a guest toilet. The spacious eat-in kitchen with its exits to the terrace offers many options for a culinary holiday. The garden invites you to linger and relax, but children can also let off steam here to their heart's content or use the nearby playground. Our house is located on the outskirts of a traffic-calmed new residential area.

If you visit us in April, it could be depending on the weather that the lawn in the garden is not yet green ;-), since everything is new!

Zu Besuch im Norddeutschen Tiefland

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft

Alles war tip top in Ordnung und im neuen Zustand. Außerdem war es eine sehr ruhige Gegend und direkt nebenan war auch ein Spielplatz. Die Lage war in Ordnung, da es viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung gibt (Heide Park, SerengetiPark, Wildparks). Das einzige was fehlt war ein vernünftiger Kohle Grill.

Das in einer Neubausiedlung gelegene Haus ist wohl erst neu erbaut und somit noch alles recht offen zur Nachbarschaft hin. Diese war jedoch sehr freundlich und mit etwas Toleranz kommt man immer gut zurecht. Insgesamt ist die Lage recht ruhig. Gut wäre es, wenn der Mähroboter eine Stunde später mit seiner Arbeit beginnen könnte.

Empfehlung

Wir haben uns in dem neu errichteten Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Sicher fehlt es hier und da noch am Faktor Gemütlichkeit. So täte dem Wohnzimmer z.B. eine Stehlampe gut. Die Einrichtung der Schlafräume ist ziemlich spartanisch. Ein Stuhl oder kleiner Sessel würde schon helfen. Diue Nachttischlampen in den Kinderzimmern halte ich für ungeeignet. Für Familien mit Kindern wäre es sicher sinnvoll, das Grundstück einzuzäunen. Aber das ist sicher noch geplant. Da es sich um ein Neubaugebiet handelt, finden in der Nachbarschaft noch restliche Bauarbeiten statt. Dies sollte man zumindest erwähnen.

Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben. Wietzendorf liegt zwar etwas abseits der Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber mit dem Auto kam man überall recht schnell hin. In der näheren Umgebung konnte man auch gut spazieren gehen.
