You can’t beat the location. Oddly spacious for a one bedroom, and the mirrors and lighting make it super cozy. We also ended up with great neighbors that were a delight to get to know. Perfect place for your beach get away.

Great location and very convenient to the beach. The only real issue I had was the apartment above me the first few nights the people were walking across the floor very hard woke me up several times. It sounded like they were stomping on the floor.

Overall, a very nice experience, This unit was furnished very nicely and had a well equipped clean kitchen, a comfy bed, a very nice & clean, mold free shower (minus the moldy shower curtain liner lol). Add that gorgeous ocean view when sitting on the blue Adirondack chairs out on the deck, a short walking distance to the impressive Folly pier & to the center of town, our stay was truly delightful. Folly is a wonderful seaside town.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, the view of the ocean was spectacular! It was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. It was conveniently located to the restaurants and cafes. The host was extremely responsive to our questions. It was perfect!

If you're looking for a great location, this fits the bill. The beach is fantastic, Center Street and the pier are a very short walk. The bed is comfortable, the AC is cold, and the appliances are new. The unit itself is old, dark, and dingy. There is a partial set of silverware in the drawer, half of which was very obviously dirty. There were three hangers in the closet and the whole unit needs a deep cleaning. There are other units in the building that seem to be in much better condition.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great and offered what we needed for a weekend getaway. Even though the balconies are shared everyone was friendly, and we chatted with several other guests staying there.
