Nestled amidst nature, it features a spacious master bedroom with queen bed, a playful bunk room with twin beds, plus a pull-out sofa twin-bed chair and a pull-out sofa full-size bed. With room for 7, enjoy family bonding, starlit nights, and relaxation. Nestled between Southampton and Westhampton. Only a 10 minute drive to newly revived downtown of Westhampton, with driving distance to Dune road with beach access to Ponquogue and Tiana.



The Space:

Welcome to your New York South Hamptons-inspired master bedroom suite, a coastal retreat that artfully combines beachfront elegance with the cozy charm of a seaside cottage. As you approach, the home's white rock driveway sets the tone for the tranquil escape that awaits.

Inside, the master suite beckons with slat wall finishes, reminiscent of weathered beach fences, creating a serene atmosphere. A luxurious queen-sized bed, dressed in soft white linens and surrounded by flowing sheer drapes, provides a haven for restful nights. Large windows frame panoramic views, while your private second-story balcony overlooks a lush grapevine arbor and the enchanting expanse of pine barren forests, inviting you to savor the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Venturing downstairs, you'll discover a stone mosaic bathroom, adding a touch of rustic charm to your modern comforts. An open kitchen and living room await, complete with high-speed fiber internet to keep you connected. The front dining sunroom, bathed in natural light, accommodates 8-10 people, creating a perfect setting for gatherings and sunset dinners.

Step outside to the flower bed-adorned backyard, a tranquil oasis where you can relax amidst the lush grapevines of the arbor. This master suite offers an idyllic escape, perfectly blending coastal living with modern amenities and natural beauty.'



Please note, there is a train that comes by every now and then that is loud and shakes the house a bit.



The staircase is very narrow, please understand that this is part of the home and only book this home if you are 100% happy with a narrow staircase and small steps.



There is no central AC, just window units in the living room and bedrooms. They are a bit loud but they provide air conditioning to these rooms. The kitchen, office/laundry, and dining room do not have AC units.



The Oven may take 20 to 30 minutes to heat up.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive instructions on entering the property the day of check-in.



Other Things to Note:

No central AC, just window units in the living room and bedrooms. There are a bit loud. It may take some time to bring down the heat in the house since they’re a bit small. Only AC in those three rooms - living room, and two bedrooms.



Smoking is not allowed in the house, and can result in a $2500 fine.
