Also within 2-4 minutes enjoy trails, the Outdoor Center, the Antigravity Center, groceries, the library, and restaurants. After a day skiing, riding, or hiking unwind in this new build with an open-concept living room and kitchen. Bedroom 1-queen bed. Bedroom 2-twin over full bunk with twin trundle. 1 bath. With a washer and dryer. Relax and enjoy!

Welcome to our Sugarloaf property! We are a family of 6 and love our own time enjoying Sugarloaf. In the winter, you will find us skiing and snowboarding on the mountain during the day. In the evenings, we will be walking trails with our 2 labradoodles, cross country skiing, ice skating, or enjoying our home with family and friends. In the summer, we enjoy the Sugarloaf area by hiking and mountain biking. There is so much to do and see in the Carrabassett Valley area. We are excited for you to fall in love with all that the area has to offer as well!
What makes this property unique
We hope you enjoy our brand new property that is convenient to everything Sugarloaf has to offer. We are on the shuttle route and close to all adventures. Our home is new and clutter free.
