Summary:
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious home right on the lake off Nelson Holler. Tucked in the cove, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but just 15 minutes from I 49 centrally located between Bentonville & Fayetteville. Enjoy the large deck offering an exceptionally beautiful view , or take a short scenic walk down to the lake cove, to enjoy fishing off the bank or taking an invigorating swim. At night, enjoy playing family games in the game room or gazing at the stars from the inviting deck.
Other Things to Note:
In compliance with the Beaver Lake Corp of Engineers, there is no guest access to the dock. There is a chance it may also be in-use by the owner during your stay. The Hickory Creek Boat Dock/ Marina/ Park and public lake access is just 1.5 miles away.
