The casita offers easy access to multiple transportation options. You can walk to the streetcar stop near the Mercado District, which connects to Downtown, 4th Avenue, and the University area. Cycling is also convenient, with bike lanes nearby and rental bikes available at stations on Bonita and at the Mercado. For driving, quick access to I-10, the 210, and Silverbell Road makes it simple to reach most parts of Tucson.

Visit to Tucson was great. Location is close to downtown and walkable go food and shopping. Comfortable home with nice new amenities and easy check in and check out process.
Wonderful property with a great central location. Yummy local food within blocks and quick trip to downtown. Would be nice to have had additional seating on the balcony. Highly recommend!
