This beautiful home underwent a complete renovation in 2025. It will easily accommodate large families, multiple families or professionals. Whether you are visiting for sporting/tournament events, concerts, shows, weddings or in town for work, you will enjoy this wonderful home. We are only 10 minutes from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport and 5 minutes from the Mall of America. Easy access to many attractions in the area. State Fair grounds, US Bank Stadium, Xcel Energy Center, Target Field, Target Center, Allianz Field, The Ordway Theater, Orpheum Theater, State Theater and all Universities. Multiple restaurants, bars and pubs are near by. In the winter you can enjoy ice skating, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. This is NOT a party house. No party events allowed. We do allow family gatherings. Please respect our neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. We have a security cameras mounted on the exterior of the home.
