Lake Nokomis Gem - Free WiFi and Close to MSP & Mall of America

Welcome to another Millennium Properties short term rental. We also have VRBO #689566, #978309, long term rentals and other short term rentals. The main floor has an open living area with television and large, gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen. The eating area is located in the kitchen and accesses a large deck with grill to host your family BBQs. Check out the outdoor fire pit! Gather around an open fire and toast marshmallows for a true Minnesota experience.

All 4 bedrooms are private. The master bedroom is located through french doors from the kitchen. It hosts a separate setting area and full bathroom with jetted tub. The main floor guest room is large and comfortable and directly across the hall from the second full bathroom. The third guest room is located in 'the loft' which is bright and spacious and located in the upper level. The fourth guest room hosts 1 double bed & 2 twin beds and is located in the lowest level adjacent to the lower living area with a large television & sleeper sofa.

This house was perfect for our large family! The kids loved the awesome park, less than a block away. Close to lots of great food and activities. We hope to visit again!

Lovely Home In A Great Location

My family of seven loved this house. Walking distance to the park, post office, grocery and the local library, as well as an easy drive to several tourist spots made the location of this home ideal. The host was very responsive and great to work with. The bedrooms were comfortable and the jetted bathtub was a real treat after a long day at Mall of America. We highly recommend a stay.

Wonderful property!

We were in town to celebrate a UofM graduation, and this place was perfect. Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, and Steve was a wonderful host. We will stay here again for the next graduation! One minor complaint from most of the family - the beds weren't the most comfortable. But we still give it 5 stars.

Great Property Near the City

Our family of 4 and grandparents stayed for a week in July 2018 and had a great time at the house. We liked how close the house was to everything that Minneapolis has to offer. It was easy to take advantage of Lake Nokomis, Zoos, MoA, and the Light Rail. Steve was great to work with. We'd definitely consider this house again for future visits to Minneapolis.

Twins Baseball and Soccer

Great place. Lots of room. Great back yard and deck. 7 of us stayed in great comfort. Prepared some BBQ ribs and accoutrements in the well equipped kitchen. Plent of comfortable seating. Near the Mall of America and Minehaha Park. Steve was awesome and helped get soccer tickets.

Very convenient location

We stayed for almost a week in June. We were 6 minutes from Minnehaha Falls, 10-15 minutes to Mall of America, 5 minutes away from Lake Nokomis. The neighborhood was nice. The driveway is a bit narrow so we had to be careful pulling in and out of the driveway. The house was well stocked. Bathrooms are a bit small and the beds are full not queen. Steve was awesome to work with and very helpful! We would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Minneapolis.

Great spot for Mother/Daughter Weekend!

We held our annual Mother/Daughter Weekend here in the beginning of May - 4 Moms and 4 adult Daughters. Great kitchen and great deck which is where we spent most of our time talking, eating, and playing games. Wonderful location for whatever your desires. Easy walking. Nice city neighborhood; never a concern for safety. Owner, Steve, obviously cares for his property! Great kitchen amenities and equipment. Only recommendation which would make it perfect, would be a queen bed in Master Bedroom. Our pattern is to go someplace new each year - if that were not the case, we would definitely book this property again!

Wonderful location and a wonderful house!

This house was beautiful and very comfortable. It was a great location for our family which included 7 adults and 2 small children. The fire pit was terrific and we enjoyed teaching my granddaughter how to make s'mores. The location was fabulous with Lake Nokomis and Minnehaha falls in the neighborhood. We easily traveled between Minneapolis and St Paul within 15 minutes. The only negative was that with all the wonderful amenities, the master didn't have a dresser and we kept our stuff on the ironing board or in the suitcase. Also, we didn't use the grill because it really needed cleaning. Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, glasses, dishes and anything anyone could want. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again.

This property was great! Clean, nice backyard, the location was great to be close enough to downtown/ the mall of America and also walking distance to Minnehaha Falls. I would advise future guests to bring their own washcloths and paring knives. We needed to buy our own since there were 3 wash cloths for the 6 of us. The size of our family made the bathroom arrangement a bit awkward. The best shower, etc were accessible only through the master bedroom. The steep, narrow driveway was a challenge when backing. Lastly the dining chairs are uncomfortable and in need of cleaning. On the plus side, the location made it easy for us to go back and forth to the VA.
