The room was tiny and not as clean as I thought it should be. The beds were not comfortable. Was cheaper than most hotels so I guess you get what you pay for.

The property staff was friendly. The check-in process was easy, though there was quite a line; they did a great job of helping everyone in a timely manner. We had a few amenities that needed attention, and the staff was prompt in helping us.

The floors were filthy. We all had black feet within minutes. The only restaurant opened during our time was pizza.....not Mexican or Chinese (only on weekends). Nowhere didn't mention that prior to booking. Also no times that the water slides would be opened or closed......we were traveling with children who wanted desperately utilize the water park(s). One of them was closed all together. The other was was shut down really early. Ghost town. No towels nothing as advertised. Also, pay to park??????? Seriously????? Embarrassed for you all. We go to this area often as we are disney passholders. The check i. Could not have been slweer.

The room was so dirty. We had stains on our sheets and when we asked for replacements, they also had large stains. Third time was a charm here. There were multiple hairs in the shower when we got in for the first time and a sticker left on the shower curtain that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The bottom half of the shower curtain that separated the inside from the outside of the tub was missing and not even present. There was only one person working the front desk at check in and a line of three different people waiting to be served. Since the first person was having an issue it took about 25 minutes to be served in line. After the sheet issue we considered staying at another hotel but since we had already paid for this one we decided not to spend the extra money. We definitely won't stay here again.
