App. KerkhoffLage: The apartment is located on the top and top floor of a row middle house. This house is located at the western entrance to Tinnum, right on the border with Westerland. Downtown Westerland and the beach are around 2 km away. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 45 m². For 2 people and child. Equipment: In the living room, which is preceded by a small south-facing balcony with a view of the Tinnumburg, there is a comfortable seating and dining area. The open kitchen is u. a. equipped with a dishwasher. The bedroom, with a double bed and a wide bed in the slope (for children), is in the attic. The tiled, new bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Overall, an upscale and very well-kept equipment. The house has its own parking lot. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
