This vacation home in Vlagtwedde is beautifully situated by the water. Start the day with breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The living room has a dining area and a sitting area with stereo and TV. From the living room you can directly reach the furnished terrace. There are also 2 sun loungers for the sunny days. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave with oven, a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and sink. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with TV. Take your dog with you on your waterfront vacation, pets are allowed. This inviting vacation home is located in a beautifully landscaped vacation park with plenty of activities for the whole family. The vacation park in Groningen is the ideal destination for all ages due to the various recreational possibilities. Take advantage of the free access to the indoor swimming pool with a water slide and a separate children's pool. There is also a recreational beach, mini golf course, tennis courts and various playgrounds on the vacation park. The vacation home is directly adjacent to a 9-hole golf course. There is also a restaurant with a nice terrace here.



From this vacation home in the province of Groningen, the possibilities for fun excursions in the area are endless. Cycle from this vacation home to the picturesque fortified village of Bourtange 8 km, admire the listed village of Smeerling 3 km and the stately farmhouses and manor houses in Bellingwolde 12 km. This vacation home is located near the German border. For a nice day out with your children visit Surwolds Wald 38 km, a beautiful recreation area with a large playground, climbing forest, toboggan run and fairy tale forest. Visit the city of Papenburg 25 km for a tour to the famous Meyer Werft shipyard, where impressive cruise ships are built. The center of Papenburg is very picturesque. Take a walk along the city canal with old drawbridges, colorful flowers and beautiful ships. Admire the town hall, Meyers Mill and the Old Tower.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, die Unterkunft war okay. Leider war das Waschbecken nicht benutzbar, da es undicht war und trotz Anmerkung innerhalb einer Woche nichts geschah. Die Wasserqualität wurde von der Gemeinde als mangelhaft eingestuft und vom Baden im See abgeraten. Die Tennisplätze waren nicht mehr benutzbar. Trotzdem: Viele nette Menschen und viel Ruhe.
