About this property

Nice home in Faaborg with kitchen

This beautiful vacation home was built in 2020 and offers a fantastic sea view from the living room and the covered terrace. The whole house is heated by underfloor heating with air/water heat pump, which makes the house very energy efficient. There are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on each side of the house, therefore the house is also ideal for two families who want to go on vacation together. In the large kitchen-living room, which connects both wings, there are large windows overlooking the terrace with sea view. You can also enjoy the fireplace here after a long day at the beach.

On the outskirts of Bøjden there is a small ferry harbor, from which a ferry sails to Als. Svanninge Bakker ('The Wish Alps') is a popular destination near the buoy. Svanninge Bakker is a beautiful hilly area with hiking and biking trails and a nature playground.

From Bøjden it is only about 9 km to Faaborg, an exciting harbor town with a marina, good stores, cultural attractions, tennis, mini golf and swimming pool.
