This studio in Isla Verde, Carolina, PR (00979), just 5-10 minutes from the airport, and has parking!

The apartment is small but has a kitchen, bed, and private bathroom, perfect for solo travelers or couples. Paid laundry in the same building.

Convenient Amenities and Important
Information:
- Parking Space: must be reserved ahead of time.
- Internet Access: Available but not always reliable due to usage spikes; consider a hotspot or pocket Wi-Fi as backup
- Lost keys carry a replacement fee of $100.00. Please secure the keys in the lockbox when you leave the property.
- NO MAKEUP or any stains on the white towels - $15.00 charge for each stained towel will be applied.
- To keep our costs low, please keep the room door closed when the air conditioning is on. Also, remember to close the windows, turn off the lights, and A/C before leaving the apartment.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: "Un-scheduled" late check-outs impact not only this property out also other properties, booking calendars, housekeeping schedules, and future guest reservations. Guests staying beyond their original scheduled check-out time will be charged a rate of one night's stay based on the current nightly rate. We appreciate your understanding.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that Puerto Rico experiences frequent power outages. However, generators are available in the common area to help ensure your comfort during these times.

IMPORTANT: Our area occasionally experiences water outages, but for your convenience, we have a 250-gallon water tank to ensure a reliable supply during any interruptions.

IMPORTANT PARKING INFO:
Please make sure to retrieve the beeper from the lock box before entering through the gate. For security reasons, the gate cannot be opened from the inside. If you see another car entering, do not follow them in without getting the beeper first. Once you’ve parked, please send us your license plate number on your first day so we can inform the building.

Guest can use the pool, outdoor shower, paid laundry on 1st floor, and beach access when you cross the street.
