Farm grain bin that has been converted into a rustic and unique tiny home. Located just off of I44 on Historic Old Route 66 in Phillipsburg. Located on the same exit as Redmon’s Candy Factory and Gift Store. Only 11 miles to Bennett Springs State Park and 13 miles to Lebanon.

One bedroom and bathroom with shower, tv, apartment size fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Great WiFi.
