The Ocean 203 apartment offers a functional and modern design distributed across three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, perfect for hosting up to 8 people.

Common Areas: Upon entry, you will find the Living-Dining Room, an open and bright space. The Dining Area features an elegant black wooden table for 6 people, complemented by a Breakfast Bar with 4 metal stools, ideal for quick meals. The Living Room is equipped with a comfortable 3-piece sofa set (large, medium, and small sofa) and a wooden table with a 40" Sansui LED Smart TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Supra induction cooktop, a Samsung refrigerator, a Winia microwave oven, a BandD coffee maker, and a complete inventory of utensils, cutlery, dishes, and pans. An unfurnished Terrace offers an additional outdoor space.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Bedroom 1: Equipped with a comfortable Full (Matrimonial) bed, two small gray nightstands (burós), and a closet.

Bathroom 1 (Full): Private or shared access (confirmation of access required) with a small plastic trash can, a plunger, and a plastic toilet brush.

Bedroom 2: Features a Full (Matrimonial) bed, a Full sofa bed, one small and one medium gray nightstand, a small wall mirror, and a closet.

Bathroom 2 (Full): Equipped with a set of bathroom accessories (soap dish, toothbrush holder), a small plastic trash can, a plunger, and a plastic toilet brush.

Bedroom 3 (Primary): Offers a spacious Queen Size bed, two small and one medium gray nightstands, a closet, and the benefit of having an pool view. Includes an Oster iron and a small ironing board.

Bathroom 3 (Full): Includes a Revlon hairdryer, a small plastic trash can, a plunger, a plastic toilet brush, and a set of accessories.

Check-in/Check-out: AM. Automatic late check-out or early check-in is not offered. Any request must be agreed upon in advance and may incur an additional charge. Additional Fees: The loss of keys or any towel (both white body towels and blue pool towels) will result in a charge of $25 USD per item. Appliance Note: The development features a community pool for guest enjoyment.

Identification: Filling out the Check-in Form (or sending IDs) is mandatory to receive your access codes.

Silence and Occupancy: Strict quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No visitors or pets.

Smoking/Substances: Smoking inside the studio and consuming illegal substances are prohibited.

Plumbing: Critical Warning: DO NOT flush paper, towels, or any objects down the toilet. Sensitive plumbing.

Linens: Avoid using towels to remove makeup or bronzer.

Pool: Hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (swimsuit mandatory). Food, glass, or cigarettes are prohibited in the pool area.

Aesthetics: Do not hang clothes or towels on windows or visible balconies.

Fees and Penalties
Condo Fines: Failure to comply with any rule (especially noise or extra guests) generates fines of up to $200 USD, which are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Replacement: Loss of keys, access cards, etc., incurs a $25 USD fee per item.
