Your dream home with a distant view

First of all: Dear future guests. We want you to feel good all around. But this is only guaranteed if we can communicate. Therefore, please understand that we only accept guests who speak German or Spanish. Our holiday home has just been finished as your dream home for rent. (June 2019) The house has two bedrooms including two bathrooms, a very large living-kitchen area, a large covered terrace including a guest toilet and a sun terrace. The pool is 10 meters away. The house stands on a hill with a great view of the Algarve beaches. Everything you need is available.

Zeer Schoon maar heeft géén privé zwembad zoals in de omschrijving !! Dit is gezamelijk voor 4huizen

Zeer schoon verblijf, enige wat misleidend is geweest dat bij zowel boeken op jullie site als in de omschrijving van de boekingsbevestiging het huis privé zwembad heeft gestaan , wat niet het geval bleek te zijn… dit is een gedeeld zwembad met nog 3 verhuurhuizen en met gebruik van de huiseigenaren zelf.

Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Das Haus ist ziemlich neu. Auf das Minimum eingerichtet... Bettwäsche und Handtücher,sind etwas zu sparsam vorhanden.Alle 14 Tage sollte es frische Wäsche geben.Und das bei Sommerlicher Hitze.Oder man muss selbst Waschen .Und wenn man Pech hat wird diese nicht trocken.Da das Wetter etwas wechselhaft war.Zur unserer Überraschung gab es nur eine Gemeinschafts Waschmaschine!!Was nicht aus der Anzeige hervor gegangen ist.Etwas unangenehm!! Ist ja eine Hygiene Sache!! Die Aussicht war schön.Aber leider war die Terrasse nicht zu benutzen.Ausser früh morgens oder abends.Weil keinerlei Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist.Und der Tisch ist Fest montiert,den hätte man dann je nach dem versetzen können.Wenn man etwas Schatten wollte. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer,und nach mehrmalige bitte um weitere Wäsche da man getrennt schlafen wollte,(aus gesundheitlichen Gründen)fand kein Gehör. Warum auch immer??? Wir hatten aufgeben.

Un alojamiento sensacional

Preciosa casita en planta baja, muy bien aislada por lo que la temperatura era buenísima en todo momento. Enclavada en un lugar tranquilisumo. La casa está nueva, y los dueños pese a que apenas hablan castellano, se esfuerzan y son muy serviciales. La piscina pequeñita pero ideal para dar un remojon a media tarde, ideal. Por poner un pero, un poco lejos de la playa (unos 25 minutos en coche) pero a cambio disfrutaréis de una tranquilidad excepcional y unas vistas a la desembocadura del Guadiana preciosas. Estancia perfecta buscando tranquilidad

Lugar muy tranquilo con buenas vistas. Bien situado para visitar la costa de Huelva y el Algarve. Son 3 apartamentos de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños completos y 1 aseo cada uno; comparten piscina y algún servicio como la plancha y útiles de limpieza. Ideales para familias, necesario coche, la salida de Costa Esuri es un poco pesada pero Ayamonte se encuentra a 10 minutos. Construcción reciente, apartamentos en muy buen estado, solo se echa en falta algo de espacio en la cocina y más utensilios y vajilla. Los propietarios viven cerca y estan pendientes aunque la comunicación no es fluida en castellano, muy agradable la estancia y para repetir en caso de vuelta por la zona. Hemos podido ver otros apartamentos de Costa Esuri y está por encima de la media.

Inmejorable

La casa de 11. Fresca, funcional y cómoda. Se echa de menos algo de menaje (vasos sobretodo, que se habrán ido rompiendo y hace falta reponer), pero el resto es mas que adecuado (ropa de cama, toallas, muebles y demás). La lavadora esta en un cobertizo y es compartida pero no hace falta mas. La zona donde esta ubicada es alta y tiene buenas vistas del Guadiana, la frontera con Portugal y Costa Esuri. Las viviendas proporcionan comodidad y privacidad, la zona es tranquila con otros chalets cercanos o en construcción. El parque infantil mejor a primera o ultima hora. La piscina a cualquiera. A los pequeños les encanta y esta perfectamente cuidada. Los dueños viven muy cerca y a veces se pasan a cuidar la piscina y el jardin. Repetiremos seguro.

Casa cómoda y fresca

No es barata pero solo la calidad de las camas lo compensa, hemos dormido de maravilla. Decoración sencilla pero suficiente, se agradece lo nuevo que estaba todo, quizás se echa en falta algo más de limpieza en cajones, etc. y algún utensilio más en la cocina. La piscina podía estar un poco más limpia también pero en general cómoda para usar y apenas coincidimos con otra familia, muy educada y correcta. También se echa en falta algo más de español ;p pero Saimi y Erik estuvieron siempre disponibles, tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y la puerta de acceso a la parcela y lo solucionaron inmediatamente. Para quienes no conocen la zona, como nosotros, está en una urbanización cerca de Ayamonte, por lo que hace falta coche para todo, pero a cambio es un lugar tranquilo. Nos llamó la atención que, habiendo aire acondicionado, no nos ha hecho falta encenderlo ningún día, en pleno julio, ya que la casa se conserva fresca. Gracias por todo, Saimi & Erik, hemos estado muy a gusto!

Einfach nur „WOW“

Alles war super. Es war sehr sauber. Familie Kochnann half uns sofort bei Fragen oder Problemen. Schöne Landschaft. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub für uns!!! Vielen Dank Familie Kochmann! Wir kommen wieder.

Casa ideal para vacaciones

Casa en urbanización muy tranquila cerca de Ayamonte, las vistas junto a la piscina y la terraza exterior de la casa espectaculares, se ve el Guadiana en la desembocadura al mar, precioso. La casa de recién construcción y bien Decorada y los dueños muy amables Cien por cien recomendada para cualquier tipo de gente que quiera tranquilidad.

UN BUEN DESCANSO

La casa es nueva, muy limpia y con todo prácticamente a estrenar: persianas eléctricas, mosquiteras, camas muy cómodas. Es un complejo con tres casas y un club ( cerrado porque es de la familia) unido a la misma parcela que cuenta con un único acceso. Está extraordinariamente bien cuidado todo lo que rodea a las casas y la piscina es estupenda. Los dueños viven a 1 Km., son muy serviciales, siempre atentos a cualquier solicitud, si bien a nosotros en particular nos sorprendió que vinieran diariamente a arreglar los jardines e instalaciones de las casas. Como inconvenientes, advertir que la televisión sólo sintoniza canales alemanes, como llevábamos PC le solicitamos a los dueños un cable HDMI y solucionamos el problema y que para comprar cualquier cosa tienes que desplazarte a varios Kms., porque esta Urbanización carece de tiendas.

Excellent sejour

La maison est moderne et accueillante,la situation est ideal au calme sur les hauteurs. Vous pouvez acceder au village en 10mns. Nous avons vraiment appréciés notre sejour et la propriétaire est tres sympathique je vous recommande ce lieu de vacance à la frontière portugaise. Et c est un tres bon rapport qualité prix.
