"Casa Rosmaninho" - entire small house, single-storey.
Situated in the rural and quiet area close to the village of Estorninhos in the Serra de Tavira, Eastern Algarve, Portugal. You find complete privacy, the distance to the next neighbors is 80 m - 90 m.
Listen to the birds, take a look at the marvelous flowers and enjoy your holidays in a privileged peaceful location!

In elevated position with a private hilltop and a fantastic panoramic sea view.

Distances:
1,300 m to the small bar in Eiroes.
1,700 m to the restaurant in Estorninhos.
9 km to Benamor Golf.
10 km to the next supermarket in Conceição.
15 km to the beach of Manta Rota.
15 km to the pitoresque town of Tavira with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and the large shopping center Gran Plaza.
50 km to Faro airport.

A car is recommended, you have easy access on a tarmac road and a carport for private parking.

Capacity: 57 sqm living space, suitable for max. 4 persons.

The equipment of the house:
Spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen (renewed in 2023!),
2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en-suite (renewed in 2026!),
large south-facing, partly covered terrace and a marvelous garden with 4,500 sqm. The garden is not completely fenced.

Amenities: Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air condition+heating in all rooms, SAT-TV ("Astra"), free WIFI.

Service included: Towels, linen, final cleaning, "meet & greet", provided by a small local agency.
Minimum stay 5 nights, maximum stay 2 months. Please contact us if you wish a longer or shorter stay.

Wolfgang and Evi are the private owners of this property since 2017. The cottage was built in 1995. Every year we spend several months in our holiday home to relax and enjoy the fantastic nature there. Of course we use our annual stay to do some maintenance and improvements in the house.
