Very nice place with lovely atmosphere. All you need to cook well though so many places to eat nearby. You can walk to stations, ferry to beach and supermarket. Lovely well equipped home

A great cottage in a good location. The property had everything to make our one week stay enjoyable. Well situated to get to the town centre of Tavira in five minutes in one direction, and the train station and supermarket in the other. The sun terrace on the roof offered both sunshine and shade throughout the day, and the smaller terrace, off the second bedroom, was nicely shaded for breakfast every morning. My wife and I would recommend this accommodation.

Great Holiday, Great Location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean, good facilities and utilities (TV, washing machine, cooker, hob etc). Fantastic roof top terrace and a great location, convenient to town centre and local amenities. Excellent communication with host throughout, would not hesitate in recommending to others. Great all round experience.

Locatie is perfect, midden in het historische centrum van Tavira.Huis zelf is groot genoeg voor 3 volwassenen. Mooi dakterras, schoon en in een rustige straat. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep goed.Aanrader!

Bereits beim Betreten des Hauses war ein unangehmer feuchter Geruch warzunehmen.Die Wohnzimmermöbel waren in keinem guten Zustand. Sowohl beim Sofa und Sessel löste sich der Stoff , sobald man sich drauf setzte. Anstatt die Möbel auszutauschen oder zu reparieren, hatte der Vermieter lediglich nur Decken darüber gelegt.Kaffeemaschinen Filter, war schimmelig.Eines der Schlafzimmer verfügt über kein Fester nach draußen, sondern lediglich über ein Fenster zum angrenzenden Zimmer.Auch der Balkon und die Terrasse waren ungepflegt und verschmutzt. Für die Stühle waren keine Sitzauflagen vorhanden. Der Sonnenschirm stand eingestaubt und schmutizig an der Hauswand, sodass wir den Außenbereich leider nicht nutzen konnten.Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht, da wir uns auf den Aufenthalt in diesem Hausge sehr freut hatten.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil des propriétaires, avec beaucoup de conseils pour notre séjour. La maison est très bien située pour profiter du centre-ville. Tavira est très joli.

Gemütliches Stadthäuschen mit super Dachterrasse

Wir haben eine Woche in dem authentisch eingerichteten Stadthäuschen verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in der Altstadt mit ihren verwinkelten Gässchen. Der Fluss, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein Traum in Tavira

Maison typique centre Tavira

Très agréable séjour au centre de Tavira. Idéal pour ne pas utiliser sa voiture et avoir tout à porter de main : navette plage, commerces, marché… maison chaude au dessus de 30 degrés extérieur. Jolie terrasse aménagée et bon accueil des propriétaires.

Leuke casita in een geweldige stad.

Een leuk huisje voorzien van alle gemakken. De gastheer heeft ons persoonlijk ontvangen, heel hartelijk. Een aanrader voor een verblijf in Tavira, ok omdat je feitelijk zonder auto als kunt bezoeken.

Forårsferie i Tavira 2/4-13/4 2022

Centralbeliggende gammelt charmerende byhus med mulighed for parkering. Huset levede op til vores forventning og til annoncens foto. Dog oplevede vi at huset elektriske installationer let blev overbelastet, måske fordi vi pga lave temperature var nødsaget til at benytte det elektriske radiator i stueetagen. Køkkenet fungerer fint og vi nød at gå på marked og købe ind til hjemmelavet aftens mad, når vi trængte til at være os selv. Vi havde stor glæde af de to forskudte tag terrasser på de solrige dage. Maryanicks værtsskab var upåklageligt og der var altid hurtig svar på vores spørgsmål. Tavira er bestemt besøg værd - gang på gang.

Impecable. Tal y como se ve en el anuncio: cómodo, muy céntrico pero en una zona tranquila, cama cómoda y equipado con todo lo necesario. La comunicación con Marie (la anfitriona) de 10 también.

Razoável com alguns contratempos

Residência bem localizada, em zona central e calma. Casa bem equipada. Terraço fantástico. Dois aspectos negativos: 1 casa um pouco quente que necessita de ar condicionado que pode instalar no terraço; 2 Algumas baratas, que tive que combater comprando insecticida.

Maison très bien située au calme et très bien agencée

La maison est très confortable et meublée avec goût et notre séjour très agréable. Un climatiseur serait cependant très appréciable car les ventilateurs sont insuffisants. Nous avons aussi bien apprécié la terrasse en soirée.

Boa estadia com calor a mais

A casa situa-se perto de tudo no centro de Tavira. Apesar da situação central a zona é muito calma sem problemas de barulho. Os locais de estacionamento são perto da casa e nunca tivemos problemas. A casa é confortável e completamente equipada. No entanto, o ar condicionado mencionado no anúncio não existe, tem 2 ventiladores, e na semana em que estivemos alojados o calor foi incomodativo. A casa é óptima para um casal sozinho ou com uma criança. Os espaços exteriores são muito agradáveis mas não podemos tirar partido por causa do calor que se fez sentir na semana que estivemos em Tavira. O terraço poderia ter um grelhador e uma lâmpada para as noites mais frescas.

Merci pour cette appréciation. Nous avons prévu un rajout de ventilateurs plus performant. La maison étant dans un site classé il ne nous est pas possible de mettre la clim classique. Quant au BBQ nous avons une plancha électrique et la lumière est celle de la muraille du 8ème siècle. Nous allons réfléchir à mettre un point lumineux efficace.
