Welcome to the apartment Nelesophie!
This beautiful and attractively located apartment with 60 square meters is suitable for up to 4 people.
The entire apartment is bright and friendly. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed as well as a flat screen TV, stereo and direct stepless access to the balcony.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, etc. and an adjacent dining area.
The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), a large wardrobe with a mirror front and a flat-screen TV.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator and underfloor heating.
There is an additional storage room in the entrance area.
The entire apartment complex is completely barrier-free, doors are sufficiently wide and equipped with an elevator. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer belonging to the apartment, its own underground parking space and a bike room.
We ask for your understanding that this is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
