Well-located, two-room apartment near the beach with south-west orientation for two people in the Wiking house. The house Wiking is only about 140 m from the beach and is located directly on the dike.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a dining table, flat-screen TV and direct access to the furnished and sunny balcony. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a second flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen is open and includes all the necessary kitchen appliances with a ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and bathtub. The apartment has a garage that is suitable for small to medium-sized cars or for storing e-bikes. A coin operated washing machine and dryer are located in the common room. We ask for your understanding that in this apartment no animal husbandry and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
