Very comfortable maisonette apartment. The apartment has a balcony with south-west orientation and is located in a quiet residential area.

The entrance areas of the apartment are on the mezzanine floor and in the basement area. This gives you two convenient entrances to the apartment. On the mezzanine floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchenette has a ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator and the usual kitchen utensils. In the cozy, spacious living room there is a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a stereo and a dining table with space for four people. From the living room you reach the balcony with awning; from here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the garden. A spiral staircase leads to the spacious basement area. Here you will find a friendly living / sleeping area, seating and a flat-screen TV. A wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. The apartment is equipped with electric shutters. In a few minutes you can walk to the nearest shops. The beach is about 1500 m away. An outdoor parking space is reserved for you directly at the house. Bed linen / towels can be booked on request. Dogs on request. It is a non-smoking accommodation.

Tolle Wohnung, auf zwei Ebenen. Ruhige Lage. Lebensmittel fußläufig gut erreichbar. Hab mir ein Fahrrad gemietet, Ruckzuck am Strand/ Promenade. Leider kein WLAN. Check in und - out problemlos.

Die Qualität der Wohnung war solid in allen Hinsichten. Leider fehlte ein WiFi*Anschluss. Außerdem wurde das Objekt als rauchenfrei dargestellt, obwohl in benschbarten Wohnungungen rauchte jemand die ganze Zeit.

Solide einfache schöne Wohnung

Alles soweit OK. Passt im Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Völlig ausreichend. Man will ja die Zeit am Wasser verbringen oder eben im Ort, daher hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Tiere erlaubt. Sehr gut. 🐾😊 Achtung, aber kein WLAN.
