Welcome to this lovingly and modernly furnished 48m2 2-room apartment.
The apartment for max. 3 people is on the first floor of an apartment complex in a quiet cul de sac location.

In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed (160x200) and a large flat screen TV. A combined living / dining room with an integrated high-quality kitchenette awaits you. The kitchen of course has a microwave, dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, a built-in oven and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The bedroom offers you two single beds (90x200), a spacious wardrobe and a blackout option. There is also a modern flat screen TV in the bedroom.
The renovated and modern shower room is equipped with a shower, a vanity, toilet and hairdryer.
In the entrance and corridor area there are further built-in cupboards for your private things.
A direct access to the balcony leads from the living area. Modern garden furniture invite you to linger. Enjoy your coffee from here in the morning with a panoramic view over the rooftops of Grömitz.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt ...

... auch wenn das Appartmenthaus von außen nicht so wirklich schön anmutet. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Im Keller konnte man zu festgelegten Zeiten Tischtennis spielen. Kein besonders schöner Raum im Keller aber zum Spielen reichts. Ansonsten eine sehr helle lichtdurchflutete Wohnung. Ich habe auf meiner Matratze übrigens super gut geschlafen.

Nette Wohnung, viel zu weiche Betten

Die Wohnung war teilweise sehr nett renoviert und machte bei unserer Ankunft einen sehr sauberen und nett eingerichteten Eindruck. Bad und Küche sind neu und schick. Warum also nur 3 Sterne? Leider sind die Betten im Schlaffzimmer so weich, dass wir beide nach der ersten Nacht böse Rückenschmerzen hatten und lieber auf der Couch genächtigt haben. Zweiter großer Kritikpunkt ist die Elektrik. Licht im Schlafzimmer ging nicht, Kabel sind auseinandergefallen und leider kein FI in der Wohnung. Schlecht mit kleinem Kind. Aber alles in allem Preis/Leistung war okay und wir haben uns sonst wohl gefühlt. Gut war der Fahrradkeller und die Waschmaschinen im Keller.
