Welcome to Astoria 104, a beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA condo in midtown Ocean City that combines comfort, style, and convenience. Just steps to the beach, this bright retreat offers everything you need for a stress-free vacation, from a spacious layout to modern finishes and thoughtful amenities.



Inside, the primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk (queen bottom, twin top), and the living room adds a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for families or groups of up to six guests. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials makes mealtimes easy, while TVs in every room and free Wi-Fi keep everyone entertained. For added convenience, the condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer.



Step outside to enjoy the rooftop pool, the perfect spot to cool off between beach days. The private balcony is ideal for sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, while the building also offers an elevator, and an outdoor shower. s. With the Convention Center just a few blocks away, Seacrets close by, and attractions like mini golf (directly across the street) and Jolly Roger Amusement Park within a short drive, you’ll be in the heart of it all.

The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

✹ No, beach gear is not included. However, Ocean City Vacation Homes can arrange rentals such as chairs, umbrellas, and blankets to be placed in your unit prior to check-in for an additional fee.

Are pets allowed?

✹ No, pets are not permitted at this property.



Is smoking allowed anywhere?

What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

✹ Early check-in may be available between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee. Please inquire in advance.

✹ Late check-out is not available.



What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups. Parents cannot rent on behalf of children under 25.



How do I access the property?

✹ We utilize an E-Lock system for easy, contactless check-in. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
