Occupancy is limited to 10 guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the building property. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.

Such a great space!!! 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, allowed for 5 adults to all be very comfortable. The condo is right in the heart of OC, walking distance to great food and waterfront spots like Aloft and Seacrets. The wrap around porch is lovely, but a little loud as it is partially on Coastal Hwy, but luckily the sounds don't permeate into the condo. We had a fantastic time and may book again.
