In our "Meerhaus 18," located directly at the sailing and motorboat harbor of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, you'll experience the harbor panorama, the Schlei fjord, and the Baltic Sea as picturesque as a postcard. This exclusive non-smoking vacation apartment offers modern comfort on two floors, combined with stylish furnishings – and a breathtaking water view is included! Upon entering the semi-detached house on the first floor, you'll find yourself in the light-flooded, invitingly designed living and dining area, which, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, offers a stunning view of the marina and the Schlei fjord. A true harbor spectacle!
From here, you can access the two generously sized terraces with their fantastic water views. Whether you want to soak up the sun in your own beach chair, enjoy a barbecue, or watch the sunrises over the sea – you're sure to find a new favorite spot here!
Cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, allowing you to treat yourself, your family, and friends to culinary delights.
On the second floor, you'll find the apartment's relaxation area with two bedrooms and a spa-like bathroom. Bedroom 1 features a king-size box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, blackout curtains, a flat-screen TV, and a stunning water view. Bedroom 2 has a modern bunk bed with a lower bunk measuring 140 x 200 cm (sleeps two) and an upper bunk measuring 90 x 200 cm (sleeps one), blackout curtains, and a wardrobe.
The large, bright spa-like bathroom with a corner whirlpool tub and walk-in shower is particularly noteworthy. A highlight is the infrared sauna for two, where you can relax after a wonderful day of vacation, any time of year.
For added convenience, there is another bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor. The holiday apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and – especially important for longer stays – a washing machine and dryer.
Should the weather not cooperate, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace in the living room and enjoy Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment or watch movies and series. Our younger guests are also well catered for. Here you'll find board games, indoor and outdoor toys, and a handcart.
Thanks to the central location, you can reach the expansive Weidefelder beach and the supermarket with a bakery in just a few minutes' walk. A parking space and a private, lockable bicycle storage room are available in front of the house.
