You can reach the apartment on the 2nd Upstairs. From the entrance area with a practical cloakroom, it goes into your wellness home - the sun deck! The dining area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen in passionate red is equipped with the best branded appliances. Warm wood tones and numerous details in the apartment make you feel like you're on deck. Look through the binoculars at the Wadden Sea - this is what a holiday on the North Sea feels like!
From the spacious living area with flat screen TV, Bluray player, digital radio, DVDs and books you can access the large, roofed west-facing balcony with modern garden furniture. A sun lounger is also available for relaxation.

You reach your personal bedroom via the living-dining area. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe offers maximum sleeping comfort. There would also be enough space for an additional cot. From here you can also go directly to the large balcony.

From the entrance area directly on the left, a sliding door with a porthole leads into the comfortable shower room with red accents. The floor-level summer rain shower is also suitable for wheelchair users. A washer dryer is freely available for use.

The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.

Children's travel cot and high chair are also available free of charge on request.
For your bikes or e-bikes there is a bike room in the basement of the neighboring house.
