Luxurius double door entry home with a Private Gym with A/C, with 22ft ceilings! Situated on half an acre in a prestigious community, this 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, Movie theater, offers a big open living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. Unwind in the huge backyard and huge Porch featuring an Outside BBQ grill and an Outdoor restroom with a shower, ideal for weekend BBQs. Your kids will adore playing on the trampoline and the House also Offers 6 TV’s all around the House. *RULES* - Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
-No loud music is allowed after 8pm.
-The house is equipped with 3 cameras: one in the front and two in the back.
-A noise detector has been installed.
-Dishes: Kindly hand-wash any dishes you use with the provided soap, sponge, and drying rack. Please be advised that although the property has a dishwasher, it is currently out of order.

NO GUESTS
Only confirmed guests are permitted. Please inform the host if you wish to include any additional guests in your rental agreement. A $50 fee per person will apply.

CLEANLINESS
Prior to check-out, please ensure to clean up after yourself by washing dishes and disposing of trash. The trashcan is located outside on the left side of the house. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
