Beautiful townhouse with private terrace and large communal garden Casa Atalaya is a modern town house in Conil, close to La Fontanilla Beach, private entrance from large terrace into attractive communal garden; 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8. This two-storey terraced house is situated in the sought-after residential area of Atalaya Park, within a short walk through pine woods to the sandy beaches of La Fontanilla and Los Bateles. The house has a large terrace with a private gate leading into a communal garden of approx. 1.500 m², which is for the exclusive use of local residents.
On the ground floor there is the lounge with dining area (air conditioned), the well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower room. You have direct access from the living room to the private terrace. Free internet-access (wifi) provided.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one double, two twin), and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small private balcony with views of the garden.
VFT/CA/02903 Casa Atalaya is situated in the sought-after residential area of Atalaya Park, which is built around a well-kept, large communal garden of 1500 m². This tranquil area is only a short walk from what is maybe the most beautiful beach of Conil, La Fontanilla (popular for its beach bars and the famous restaurant "Francisco Fontanilla" which opens onto the sand and sea). The old town of Conil is only a 10-minute stroll. The walk to the beach leads through a little park, where you will find a tapa bar with stunning sea views. Next to it is a playground and a large area for playing football and similar activities. There is also a typical Spanish restaurant close by

Absolutely great house !

We spent 3 weeks in a fabulous environment. The house was the perfect hub. Spacious, friendly, clean all you need for a successful holiday. Furthermore all main centers and the ocean available in walking distance.To be highly recommended.

Schöne Zeit in einem netten Ambiente. Alles hat gut geklappt, Haus entspricht den Angaben. Mobiliar aber teiweise in die Jahre gekommen, Stühle und Sitzmöbel. Terrassenschloss schwer gängig. Für uns 2. Anmietung über Casa de la Luz, unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir - 5 Personen mit 3 Kindern - verbrachten 1 Woche im tollen Haus. Hübsch und absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtigt, wir haben erholsam geschlafen und den vielen Platz genossen. Der Service war besonderes, denn wir hatten unsere Herausforderung mit dem TV. 3x haben uns die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend geholfen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Strand und Stadt. Das Flair war absolut mega. Im Garten haben wir selbst bei stürmischer Briese herrlich gesessen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Gute Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage perfekt. Die Dusche im oberen Stock könnte besser sein (keine Tür), es wird alles nass. Der Spiegel hst zwar eine Beleuchtung, aber ich habe keinen Schalter gefunden.

Casa bien ubicada, en zona tranquila y cerca de casi todo en Conil, de la playa, del centro. Pero quisiera hacer dos sugerencias, la primera es que el patio trasero debería estar mejor cuidado, puesto que las plantas estan invadiendo la zona y la segunda es que en el interior de la casa (en la sala) hay muchas hormigas que suben al los sofas, a la mesa, etc. También es preciso una limpieza a fondo de algunos colchones. Por lo demas todo bien.

La casa está muy bien, es cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para estar todo el verano! Hemos estado 2 familias de 4 miembros cada una y hemos estado a gusto. La zona muy tranquila. La casa estaba muy limpia, y bien equipada. La cocina muy completa.

Bonita casa grande, cómoda y limpia. Tiene de todo lo necesario y más. La zona es, por lo menos, en junio super tranquila. No nos podemos quejar de nada. El contacto con Casa de la Luz perfecto. Si tuviera que hacer una pequeña sugerencia de mejora diría que es una pena no cambiar el grifo del baño de abajo ya que desmerece un poco el aspecto tan cuidado del resto de la casa. Por lo demás, casa recomendable al cien por cien.

Klasse Haus in toller Lage

In einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen sind Strand, Altstadt und Supermärkte jeweils in 5 bis max. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einen Mietwagen konnten wir uns sparen. Das Team von Casa de la Luz hat für uns ein Taxi vorbestellt und alles hat ganz wunderbar funktioniert. Haus und Agentur empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

Gute Lage, schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Alles war vorhanden, so wie in der Liste der Ausstattungen beschrieben. Die Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand, in die Stadt oder zum nächsten Supermarkt ist wirklich klasse! Wir können nicht die vollen Sterne vergeben, da leider die Grundreinigung zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs miserabel war, und wir selbst einige Stunden gereinigt haben - das ist gerade in Covid-Zeiten nicht zu verstehen.

segunda estancia reservada con casa de la luz y nuevamente cumple con las expectativas. buena ubicación(10 m en la playa andando y 15m al centro), todo lo necesario en la casa para pasar unos días. Entrada y salida de rápidas y seguras (sin contacto). Casa en zona tranquila y a su vez cercana al centro,restaurantes y supermercado Repetiremos, Gacias!!

La vivienda está muy bien en cuanto a cocina fenomenal equipada y en los dormitorios se descansa bien. Creo que éramos los primeros Después del confinamiento y la terraza y los suelos sin fregar ni barrer. Es una vivienda cerca de todo, pueblo y playa. Zona residencial tranquila.

Tolles Haus toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit erholsamen Garten, man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen wenn man es braucht, oder Sonne wenn man sie möchte. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Altstadt,zum Einkaufen und in den Park, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Tolle Lage, gut ob mit Kind oder Hund. Sehr guter Service von Casadelaluz, haben jetzt zum zweiten Mal bei Ihnen gebucht und waren wie beim ersten Mal sehr zufrieden.
