The location was in a very nice neighborhood. We had absolutely no concerns about our stay there. Lots of clear communication with the owner and he left us to our devices. It is a very spacious area and it was perfect for our group of six. Check in and check out procedures were super smooth and probably the easiest guidelines that I've had from any temporary rental. I highly recommended beautiful area. Great scenery in the morning and everything you would need for a short time stay just 30 minutes away from the Kentucky expo Center.
This property was incredible and we enjoyed our stay being one of the first few guests to experience this newly remodeled farmhouse. James was very communicative and a great host. I would highly recommend this place if you want to get off the beaten path and find a more tranquil place to stay, the house was very secluded.
We traveled here from Arkansas for a large basketball event. The property was near great shopping and only 25 mins away from the venue. It was beautifully kept and decorated. It was peaceful. Gives off Hallmark vibes of a country home. The host was wonderful and very communicative. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!
James is a wonderful host. The house was immaculately decorated and remodeled with everything looking brand new including all the appliances. Everything was provided for use including dishes, soap and shampoo and extra towels just to name a few things. We came in town for the derby and James made sure to let me know to message him if we had any questions about the area. We got a small taste of life on the farm while still being comfortable with the accommodations we are used to. Store and restaurants are only 10-15 mins drive. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay and the host. 10/10 Thank you so much!!! Nicole S
We loved this property! It was clean and had everything we needed and more. The front porch was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and we loved walking around the property. James was great to work with! Thank you, hope to be back next year!
