The holiday home is quietly situated near the lake.the living space is approx. 70 m².a garden with terrace, garden furniture and two car parking spaces in front of the property are available.the property with 340 m² is enclosed with a hedge.the lake is surrounded by reeds.the nearest town is approx. 14 km away.there are shopping facilities.a small sandy beach is approx. 800 m away.there is the possibility to buy fresh bread rolls there. In the middle of the lake there is a sand sill, which is on average just 0.5 m deep.Lake Malchin is located in Mecklenburg Switzerland a few kilometres southwest of Malchin.Lake Malchin is connected to Lake Kummerow to the northeast via the Dahm Canal and the Peene. The shore areas are lined with dense reeds and the villages of Basedow (east), Dahmen (south), Bülow and Bristow (west) are located around Lake Malchin, from where you can take a boat trip to the Baltic Sea: Fishing (without fishing licence) is subject to a fee!
