The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in creating a welcoming experience for their guests.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had a question, which made the entire stay feel easy and stress-free.The location was also fantastic for our stay. It is very near to the wedding venue called "The Fives" and the hotel called Aloft University. There is also a Lucky's Market within in easy walkable distance. Also, the house is very near Short North, where many restaurants are located.The LARGE sofa in the family room is an excellent place to gather and rest after long days of exploring. The ROOMY third floor has its own full bath and mini drink fridge. Our family loved it!On a minor side note the bedroom with the bunk beds does not have its own entry. You must enter it from the primary suite. We didn't need the room so it was not a distraction for us. Neil Ave is a busy street, but there is plenty of available parking in front of the house. Never once did we have to search for a place to park. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with wonderful hosts and a great location!
