The new facility is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand, adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to relax.

The modern and light-flooded apartment offers space for three guests. The entire apartment and terrace are accessible thanks to the wide doors and passages. The bright living room shines with its clever layout: the dining area offers space for three guests and borders on the high-quality kitchen. Thanks to the excellent equipment, you can conjure up culinary highlights even on vacation. The cozy seating area with the comfort chair invites you to linger together; Thanks to the pull-out function, the sofa bed with slatted frame can be converted into a comfortable sleeping space in no time at all (lying area 1.45 x 1.95 meters). From here you get to the sunny terrace facing south. The awning serves as a shade and you can relax protected from the wind in your own beach chair.
The bedroom is equipped with a cozy box spring bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), which guarantees a restful sleep. The bathroom with a large corner shower and a towel radiator complete this feel-good apartment.

The large Smart TV in the living room provides entertainment in the evening, the bedroom is equipped with another flat TV. Wi-Fi access and the radio are of course also part of the equipment.

The style of the vacation resting is timelessly beautiful and fresh - like a sea breeze! On 57 m², the apartment is decorated with great attention to detail, blue color accents can be found in the kitchen equipment and in the living room. The authentic maritime style creates an ambience full of lightness and balance. The underfloor heating in the entire apartment ensures a pleasant room climate. All rooms can be darkened with electric shutters and additional pleated blinds.
Parking & bicycles
A parking space is reserved in front of the house so that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation. You can park your bikes in the shared bike cellar of the facility.

House Rules / Prices:
The mandatory spa tax (for people aged 18 and over) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Feel free to ask us for the prices in advance. The price range is between 0.50 € - 3.00 € / night and person.
