This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to La Quinta. Located in prestigious PGA West, Guests will find three bedrooms featuring two king beds and one queen bed, plus an additional office space with a king bed for extra comfort. Four bathrooms offer a mix of jetted bathtubs, showers, and a hair dryer to make your stay easy and relaxing. The delightful living areas provide a nice balance of space and privacy, ideal for families or groups. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of golf, adventure or working remotely, this fabulous house has you covered. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. On the 5th of the Nicklaus course this home has stunning views that change through out the day. Short distance to Coachella, multiple golf courses and of course shopping, restaurants and grocery shops.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all lights, A/C and pool heater is turned off
Remove all trash and place in outside bin
Wash all towels and put in dryer before leaving. We will remove and fold towels after you leave
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
