Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time before 11am tomorrow, lock the front door pressing the # key for few seconds, we will appreciate if all lights are turned off and doors are closed.
Dirty dishes can be loaded in the dishwasher, we kindly ask for all trash to be out of the house before departure, trash bins located outside.
Towels can be left in the bathroom floor, linens and blakets on the bed. Any questions please do not hesitate to comunicate with us. Thank you for staying at THE RELAX SPOT.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No gatherings or trash in front of the house to be empathetic with our neighbors. No extra people, max of 4. We use clean plugings scent.
NO VAPING OR SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, WE WILL CHARGE THE COST OF DEEP CLEANING FOR SMOKE $350.00 AFTER CHECKOUT.
No illegal activities, important to be organize and respectful with private property. Quiet hours from 9p to 7am
