Waterfront home with pool

Welcome to this inviting coastal getaway located in picturesque White Stone, VA, perfectly situated near the newly opened public beach and boat ramp. Just minutes from the charm of the local town this home has spectacular water views, expansive outdoor spaces, and a private in-ground pool. The home offers a classic coastal feel designed for outdoor living. Inside you’ll find comfortable living spaces filled with natural light and thoughtful details that make it easy to unwind.
Occupancy: Only Registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
No parties or events: Parties, events and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the pool. Pets should be leashed when outside of the second floor balcony which includes a paddock enclosure with shade. Well behaved pets (max 2) are allowed.
Check in/ check out: Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. Checkout is by 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise approved.
Property care: Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Pool Use: The pool is used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. No diving allowed. Children must be supervised at all times.
Waterfront and Outdoor access: Guests assume all risk when using docks, kayaks, canoes, waterfront areas, or outdoor amenities.
Septic system care: The home operates on a septic system. Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or dispose of grease or food down drains.
Trash: Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in designated bins. Pick up is Tuesday am.
Security: Do not share door codes or access instructions with anyone not on the reservation.
Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and/or platform involvment.
