50 km northeast of Heinola, 40 m to Peruvesi/Lihavanlahti (length 12 km, width 2 km) with a firm, gently deepening sandy bottom, pier, and rowing boat.

Log villa built in 2010, with a kitchen, living room, bedroom (11 m²) with two beds, utility room, bathroom (2 showers) with electric sauna, separate toilet, and terrace.

Upstairs, there is a lounge area with access to a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Bedroom (17 m²) with two beds and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower. Bedroom (14 m²) with two beds, and a bedroom (24 m²) with a sofa bed for two and three additional mattresses. Balcony.

Separate lakeside sauna (30 m²) with a wood-burning stove, bathroom with 2 showers and a toilet, and a fireplace room. There is a 15 m² glazed lounge area with a grill kitchen between the spaces.

All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, and there is mechanical cooling upstairs. 100 Mbps fiber optic internet, WiFi. 1-2 pets are allowed.

Carport. Hot tub available for rent from the owner. The guest is responsible for filling, heating, emptying, and cleaning the hot tub. Note: The ordered final cleaning of the cabin also includes cleaning the hot tub.
