This beautiful four-bedroom cabin contains two living rooms, each featuring its own TV, to allow guests with different viewing tastes to enjoy their own genre of entertainment. Throughout the cabin guests will enjoy vaulted wood ceilings, inset lighting, quality furnishings, and a well-equipped updated kitchen, Malabar Paradise is ready to embrace you in comfort. The large-fenced backyard is great for playing in the snow during the winter or lounging around in the summer. The backyard features a deck with a hot tub for outdoor relaxation. The kids will love the bunk bedrooms and a fantastic, heated game room in the garage featuring foosball, an air hockey table, a poker table, and a collection of games. The adults will love the king suite with its large windows, TV, bath, and a walk-in shower and spa tub. Feel like cooking outside? The gas grill located in the backyard can accommodate your needs! Want to enjoy a leisurely walk in the forest? Feel free to walk a few short steps and enjoy the tranquility of nature literally a hop, skip and a jump away! With Malabar Paradise, you’ll have a wonderful place to return from days spent on the lake, exploring town, hiking and skiing the mountains and rejuvenating in Big Bear!



All TVs contain fire sticks with access to common apps such as Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. (Private account necessary for log-in)

House Rules and Notes

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

• No more than X cars at the house at any time

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• No smoking

• Check-in time is 4 PM

• Check-out time is 10 AM

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

Trash is to be taken offsite.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.



Interaction with Guests:

You will check-in and pick up keys at our office:

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.



On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
