Get ready to relax in this welcoming 3-bedroom cabin in Big Bear Lake. This fantastic property features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a lovely getaway with friends or family. With 2 bathrooms, including a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, you can unwind in style. The loft offers 2 twin beds for additional sleeping space.

After a day of adventures on the mountains, lake, or one of the two local ski resorts, you will return to this home to relax and unwind with your family and friends. Stretch out in front of the fireplace, enjoy the deck and tree-lined lot, and challenge your cabin mates to a game of pool. This home has everything you need to create memories in the Big Bear Mountains. The log-style retreat was newly built and decorated in 2018.

Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

Home Truths:
- Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy.
- Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Use of outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and its amenities, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.

Supply Closets: There are a few locked supply closets within the home that are reserved for staff use and are not accessible to guests.

Security Features: There is one Ring camera positioned at the front and additional in the driveway for security purposes, but no cameras are located inside.

Big Bear Lake Shoreline: The beautiful shoreline of Big Bear Lake is just a 5-minute drive away, offering opportunities for fishing, boating, and lakeside picnics during the warmer months.

Driving: For those planning to explore further afield, a car is recommended. Big Bear Lake Village, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment, is about a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, Snow Summit Ski Resort is just a 10-minute drive, offering more winter sports options. Parking is easy, with space for two cars in the driveway.

Public Transportation: While Big Bear Lake is car-friendly, there are limited public transportation options. The nearest shuttle pick up is at bear mountain ski resort, a 5 min walk away, this Trolly shuttle is also free.

There are some of the best official big bear designated mountain biking trails right behind the house in the forest also the official big bear bike path starts right down the street in front of the Zoo about a 4 min ride away, this path takes you all around the lake.
