Great apartment. For somebody looking for a great one night getaway it was perfect. Right next to the stadiums. And right next to the river. I would honestly have stayed an entire weekend if I went at the right time

This 1 bedroom apt. is a great little place adjacent to Sawyer Point Park and a short walk to the Banks and a Cincinnati Connector Station. The space was current, clean, and functional. At the common area deck there were nice park and river views and it was surprisingly quiet for its city center location.

Great location to stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Quick walk to all sports venues and downtown. Easy check in and very responsive host. Apartment was very clean and accommodated everything we needed for two couples. Very safe location with direct access to the park and people’s bridge to Newport. Can definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a place in Cincinnati.

Was a perfect location for Oktoberfest this year. All we had to do was walk out the door. Only wish the listing had said pool was open memorial to Labor Day, was sad that on a 90 degree weekend we couldn’t use the pool, it looked beautiful though. The owners were awesome and super helpful and responsive even booked it for next year already

Definitely modern, fun decor. The area was spacious enough and clean, though we had to fold the laundry and empty the dishwasher coming in. Communicating with the hosts was relatively quick, which was helpful as finding the parking deck was a bit tricky! Great location but was hoping for more clear views of the river. Overall, we had a lovely time and hope to come back.

The property was perfect for our family. It was an extremely easy walk to Great American Ballpark for our baseball game. The pool was a refreshing time after being in the heat all day. The apartment was clean and well maintained with comfortable furniture.

There were AC issues, however the host was very proactive and transparent with the situation and fixed it. Appreciated the communication and the accommodations made. Definitely will rebook this property.
