Built in 1873 by architect Karl Moeser in the style of historicism and restored in 2014, but carefully and with loving details, the Villa Bergmann today offers modern living comfort and quiet luxury. Originally restored floorboards, wooden doors and windows as well as the antique tiled stoves tell stories of the past and exude a touch of nostalgia. The exclusively domestic materials testify to sustainability and authenticity. Combined with straight lines and a reduced, modern design, this house becomes an elegant holiday home with a very personal character. The ambience is pleasantly private. The lovely parlor and the lovingly arranged garden with cozy seats are available to all guests.
This charming suite is named after the Steinachviertel, the lovely, very original old town of Merano, which is home to Villa Bergman.
It has a cozy double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a beautiful balcony with a view of the garden. Equipped with satellite TV, free internet access via WiFi and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days if necessary.
