About this property

The 2-room apartment "Windsurfer" is tastefully decorated. Up to 4 people can spend their vacation in the 40 m² apartment. In the "Windsurfer" there is a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, living room with dining area and double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. From the balcony you can catch a glimpse of the Kiel Fjord between the houses.

Washer and dryer (coin operated machines) can be used in the house. There is a parking space for you directly at the house (free choice of place depending on availability). For our anglers we have a freezer with separate compartments in the house.

Wohnung

Laboe ist super, alles in der Nähe, Strand, Markt, Bäcker und Geschäfte. Die Wohnung ist etwas kalt und kein Internetzugang. Der 5 l Wasserboiler in der Küche ist schmutzig, das gekochte Wasser kann man so nicht verwenden, aber es gibt noch einen Wasserkocher. Sonne hat man etwas ab ca. 17 Uhr. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht.

Im Großen und Ganzen soweit OK. Aufzug funktionierte nicht. Es wurde auf Teile gewartet. Boiler in der Küche verkalkt. Heißes Wasser daher nur mit Wasserkocher. WC-Bürste müsste mal erneuert werden.
