It has a combined living room with a sofa bed (160x200), a bedroom with a double bed, kitchenette with dishwasher, dining area and a bright and spacious bathroom with shower.

The beach promenade and the town center are only a few steps away. Here you have all the prerequisites for a successful Baltic Sea vacation!

Unser Urlaub in der Fewo war super. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Das lag an dem sehr angenehmen und familienfreundlichen Laboe sowie an ihrer Fewo. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Bloss das bett (kapitänshaus ap. Nr. 10) im schlafzimmer war sehr sehr weich, das war eher unangenehm.

Tolle Lage

Wirklich klasse Lage und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Tiefgarage ist allerdings sehr unangenehm weil extrem eng.

Tolle Lage überzeugt - kleine Mängel

Die Lage bekommt volle Punkte, nur 1 Minute zum Strand, der Bäcker und kleine Läden direkt vor der Tür. Dazu gab es eine Tiefgarage. Die Größe der Fewo war für uns absolut ausreichend, leider aber war sie auch sehr hellhörig. Das bekamen wir insbesondere dann zu hören, wenn die Reinigung morgens halb 8 im Treppenhaus gesaugt hat. Die Ausstattung war ok aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so müssten die Matratzen bspw. dringend mal erneuert werden. Auch das Bad könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. In Summe hat uns der Auffenthalt aber dennoch gefallen.
