You will receive a 4 digit custom door code the day before your arrival. Spend your mornings sipping coffee by the gas fireplace, your afternoons lounging on the private deck with mountain views, and your evenings unwinding in the warm, open living space. When you're ready for adventure, the community offers a seasonal pool, clubhouse, and even a putting green for a little friendly competition.

And the location? Unbeatable. You're just minutes from Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, Nordic Valley, and the sparkling shores of Pineview Reservoir—a dream basecamp for skiers, hikers, bikers, and lake lovers alike.



Guest Access:

Year-round, you can enjoy ski boat, wave runners, kayak, paddleboard, and canoe rentals directly on Pineview Reservoir, right on the lake. Or rent beach cruiser bicycles in Huntsville, and ride the trail around Pineview Reservoir.

If you're a mountain biker, the Ogden Valley offers biking some of the best trails around. Powder Mountain has been converted into a World Class Mountain Bike park during the summer. Riders come from the world over.

On any given Sunday, you can take a Gondola ride to the top of Snow Basin for a 5 star brunch. The view is heavenly and the food is delicious. Or better yet, take a mountain bike to the top and coast all the way down.

Throughout the summer months, Huntsville Square and Snow Basin both offer weekend music festivals. August brings the annual hot air balloon festival. This area is great for weddings, and family reunions, and makes for a great getaway!

During the WINTER Season...

Enjoy downhill skiing, snow boarding, snowmobiling, and snow tubes at one of our many ski resorts, which include Powder, Snow Basin, and Nordic.

Skier Magazine calls Powder Mountain "The Best Snow on Earth" for its incredible powder, tractor tows, helicopter drops, and no lines! Powder Mtn also provides a shuttle service directly to Moose Hollow.

Moose Hollow is a 5 minute drive to Nordic Valley, 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain, and a 20 min drive to Snow Basin, a world class resort, and location of the 2002 Winter Olympics.

By the way, Park City is just a 47 mile drive away, giving you access to another 7 WORLD CLASS resorts. It nice to have the option of visiting Park City while staying in the Ogden Valley. If you want to avoid the big crowds and high prices of Park City, then the Ogden Valley is the smart choice.
