The resort consists of two houses that preserve the original architecture, with stone walls, vaulted ceilings or beamed ceilings, and they are surrounded by its huge olive grove. There is a swimming pool (12x5 mt, open from the end of April to October), barbecue, washing machine, gazebos, olive oil tasting and parking. From every point of the property there is a breathtaking view over the countryside and Volterra. The nearest restaurant is 3 km away and the grocery store is 5 km away.
The location is very central and most art cities like Florence, Siena and Pisa are all at 60 km; Lucca is 70 km away.

In the main building there is an apartment for 2-3 people and the breakfast room on the ground floor. The owner lives on the first floor. The other house is in front of the swimming pool and has 5 apartments.
