This three bed, two bath home has a large fenced yard, hot tub, newly remodeled bathrooms, new kitchen, A/C, 2 car garage and is a great place to chill out or warm up after a day of skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, and enjoying the Wood River Valley. This a perfect spot for families with dogs with a fully fenced yard, and is footsteps to Toe of the Hill trail.

Large private property in foothills of Hailey with fenced in yard, garden, and hot tub. 2 large bedrooms on main floor and large master lofted bedroom with en suite bathroom upstairs. Small office, 2 car garage, fully equipped kitchen and comfy living room with wood-fired stove. Heating, air-conditioning, and humidifier all on central air. Plenty of storage for skis, bikes, and outdoor gear. Wraparound patio with outdoor dining arrangements and picnic table. Dynamic garden, mini-arboretum, and wildflowers surrounding the property.
