Top Floor Condo in the Prestigious World Tennis Club
Lakeside, top floor condo, located in the prestigious World Tennis Club, with 50 acres devoted solely to beautiful landscaping and lakes.
Great location in Naples with box stores, Publix, dining, CVS and Walgreens etc very close. Four miles to the beautiful Naples beach which extends for many miles.
Tennis Club membership included, including larger swimming pool, hot tub, 16 tennis courts, gym, seasonal cafe, pro-shop, match making through proshop, bocce ball, pickle ball, sauna.
The space
The condo is quiet and peaceful, right on the lake, so prepare see the local ducks, herons, turtles and otters, rabbits, and hawks. It's a lovely calm place, that's very strict about noise violations.
High speed, fiber cable internet at 350 mbps, and high definition TV's with DVR's.
King sized bed in master, and a queen sized bed in the guest room, fully stocked kitchen, reserved parking, community swimming pool, Netflix, cable, high speed wifi, washer/dryer in condo, bath/shower in guest washroom, shower in the master bathroom, walk in closet, microwave/dishwasher/stove/oven, coffee maker/toaster, open concept kitchen, large bright windows, good air conditioning.

The entire condo is for the guests, private parking, and free membership to the tennis club with pools, jacuzzi, weight room, pro-shop, social rooms, 16 tennis courts, bocci ball, restaurant during the high season, walking paths and lakeside benches.
Other things to note
This is not a suitable place if you want to make a lot of noise. It's a very quiet and strict condo association, more suited to relaxing and enjoying the resort like facilities.
