🐾 Pets are welcome anytime. Max 2 pets allowed.
Please don`t leave pets unsupervised. Please pick up after your pet. Pets must stay off furniture and/or the bed. Sweep pet hair and dispose of it in the outside trash.

Only registered guests are allowed. No parties or large gatherings.

10 PM – 8 AM
Please respect neighbors and maintain peaceful surroundings.

💦 Pool & Hot Tub Rules

The indoor pool room stays locked for safety.
Children must be supervised at ALL times.
No running, jumping, or glass containers in pool/hot tub areas.
Shower before entering the hot tub.
Hot tub must remain covered when not in use.

🔥 Fireplace

Gas fireplace is seasonal (typically Oct–Apr).
Do not move or rearrange fireplace components.

🗑️ Trash

Place all trash in the outdoor bear-proof containers before checkout.

⚠️ Damages

A $500 security hold is placed before arrival and released after checkout if no damage is found.
