Smoky Mountain High can sleep between 14-16 people. It has 4 Bedrooms (3 King Beds) and 4 Full Bathrooms and over 2,000 SF not including two spacious outdoor decks to enjoy the rocking chairs and swing, hop in the hot tub, chill out in the game room, or just sit back and relax. Hi-Speed Internet Included.

The 4 bathrooms are outfitted to the same high standard as the rest of Smoky Mountain High. We'll provide plenty of clean towels and extra bedding, and of course, the beds will be perfectly made up by the time you arrive. Not only can you leave your linens at home, but you can pack even lighter than usual, as the house has its own washer and dryer.

Game Room includes a pool table, 50" Smart LED 4K TV, board games, and pull out sofa.

Smoky Mountain High is owned and managed by us. There is no middle man. If you have any issues you will be talking directly with us. We will treat you like we want to be treated ourselves.

TV: You can stream any of your favorite shows on any of our smart TVs through your Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. accounts. We do not have cable tv or satellite service.

OUTDOOR DECKS: Enjoy the breathtaking views and relax in one of our rocking chairs, enjoy the swing, enjoy lunch on the picnic table, or chill in the hot tub.

ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival.

OUTDOOR GRILLE: An outdoor charcoal grill is provided for your use. *Charcoal is not provided so this is something you will need to bring.
